芪归胶囊益气通便实验研究

目的观察芪归胶囊益气通便作用。方法以芪归胶囊0.375、0.75、1.50g/kg3个剂量给予动物灌胃,观察该药对控制饲料量造成模拟中医气虚症状模型小鼠一般状况、体重、主要脏器系数、低温游泳时间的影响;对模拟燥结的失水便秘模型小鼠排湿便量、干便量及水分的影响。结果该药明显改善气虚模型小鼠一般状况,毛色光泽,活动自如;显著增加气虚模型小鼠体重增重、脾系数、肾系数、脂肪系数;对心系数、胸腺系数有增加趋势;显著延长低温游泳时间;显著提高模拟燥结的失水便秘模型小鼠排湿便量、干便量及水分。结论芪归胶囊确有益气、润肠通便之功效。

Experimental study on the action "benefiting qi and relaxing the bowels" of qigui capsules

Objective To find out the effect of benefiting qi and relaxing the bowels of qigui capsules.Methods Three different dosages of qigui capsules-- - 0.375,0.75,1.50g/kg were given by gavage to model mice.To observe the drug effect on common state,low-temperature swimming time and major organ's conditions of model mice which imitated the TCM qi deficiency symptom;to observe the effect on defecation amount of wet feces,dry feces,and water content of model mice which imitated the TCM dry stagnation-dehydration to constipation.Results The patent drug can clearly relieve the deficiency of qi symptoms of model mice to make their hair glossy,move freely;and obvious-ly increase their body weight;improve their spleen coefficient,kidney coefficient;and fatty coefficient and prolong the low-temperature swimming time;it can also obviously increase the defecation amount of wet feces,dry feces and water.Conclusion Qigui capsules has the effect of benefiting qi,moisturizing the intestines to relax the bowels.
