肝移植麻醉的研究

肝功能衰竭是一种致死性疾病,在肝细胞培养成为可能之前,肝移植是惟一有效的治疗途径。过去的20年,肝移植手术在全球很多国家越来越普遍。供肝的存活在很大程度上取决于麻醉医师维持供肝活力的能力。因此,了解影响供肝活性的因素和事件对麻醉医师而言就显得非常重要。血流动力学、笑气和细胞因子是众多因素中需要考虑的几个因素。尽管现代麻醉的进展已经使肝移植手术成为可能,但有关这个领域的文献依然很少,还有待于进一步研究。

Study of Anesthesia during Liver Transplantation

In the past 20 years, liver transplantation was becoming more and more wide around world, At large extent, survival of donor hver depends on the ability of anesthesia doctors to maintain the liver activity, so it is very important for anesthesia doctors to know the factors and event affecting liver activity. Hemodynamics, nitrous oxide, and cytokines are few factors among many factors that needed to consider. Although the development of modem anesthesia have turned liver transplantation into reality, it still needs further studying because of few data related to this field.
