康复新液联合奥美拉唑治疗老年人非静脉曲张性上消化道出血疗效观察

目的观察康复新液联合奥美拉唑治疗老年人非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的疗效。方法将胃镜检查确诊为非静脉曲张性上消化道出血56例患者按随机数字表法分为2组：治疗组32例,口服康复新液10 mL,tid;奥美拉唑40 mg加入生理盐水100 mL中静脉滴注,bid。对照组24例,奥美拉唑40 mg加入生理盐水100 mL中静脉滴注,bid。2组均5 d为1个疗程。对2组的疗效及止血时间进行比较。结果治疗组总有效率为96.9%,对照组总有效率为79.2%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组止血时间明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。2组患者用药期间无不良反应,均有良好的耐受性。结论康复新液联合奥美拉唑可有效地治疗老年人非静脉曲张性上消化道出血。

Clinical Effect of Kangfuxin Liquid Combined with Omeprazole on Acute Nonvariceal Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding in Aged Patients

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with Omeprazole on acute nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding in aged patients.Methods Fifty-six aged patients with acute nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly divided into the treatment group（n=32） and the control group（n=24）.Patients in the treatment group were treated with oral Kangfuxin liquid 10 mL tid and Omeprazole 40 mg in 100 mL normal saline travenously bid.Patients in the control group were treated with intravenous Omeprazole 40 mg bid.The course of treatment was 5 days.In the course of treatment,time to hemostasis were recorded.Results The total effective rate in controlling bleeding in the treatment group（96.9%） was significantly higher than that in the control group（79.2%）,and time to hemostasis in the treatment group was obviously shorter than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Duration to bleeding stop in the treatment group was srgnificantly shorter than in the control group（P〈0.05）.The frequency of adverse events was low in both groups and Kangfuxin liquid combined with Omeprazole was well tolerated.Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid combined with Omeprazole is effective in treating acute nonvariceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding in aged patients.
