摘    要:为了维护医患双方的合法权益、客观公正的处理医疗纠纷、促进医患和谐,对医疗纠纷调处工作的理念和方法等进行分析。通过实践体会到,更新理念,将人文元素融人医疗纠纷的调处工作中,既是医院人文管理的组成部分,也是医院文化建设的核心内涵。

Abstract:To insure hospital and patients rights, handle medical dispute impartially, improve hospital patient harmonious relationship, the theory and methods of medical dispute adjustment were analyzed. Based on the experience, medical dispute solution integrated humanistic care could smooth hospital patient relationship. Humanistic care was not only parts of hospital humanistic management, but also core parts of hospital cultural building.
