细辛不同部位马兜铃酸A的含量测定

摘    要:目的:考察细辛不同部位应用的合理性。方法:用高效液相测定细辛不同部位马兜铃酸A的含量。结果:细辛药材根及根茎中不含马兜铃酸A或含量极低,叶中均含马兜铃酸A,含量稍高。结论:细辛以根及根茎入药比全草入药更好,与在古代细辛以根入药相一致。

Abstract:AIM:To investigate the reasonableness test of different parts of Herba Asari.METHODS:HPLC method was used to determine aristolochic acid A content content in different parts of Herba Asari.RESULTS:Aristolochic acid A content in above-ground parts of Herba Asari was higher than that in the root,and aristolochic acid A was not detected ever in some Radix et Rhizoma Asari.CONCLUSION:It is more reasonable that the medicinal part of Herba Asari is selected from the root rather than whole herb,and it is coincident with medicinal literature.
