大鼠脑缺血再灌流损伤后的组织学观察

摘    要:目的 :建立一个新的脑缺血再灌流损伤动物模型 ,观察脑组织的形态结构变化 ,为脑缺血再灌流损伤的进一步实验研究提供依据。方法 :结扎大鼠左侧颈总动脉 ,从其右侧颈总动脉向远心端插管放血持续 30min、6 0min、90min和 12 0min ;再从大鼠左侧股静脉插管输血回体内 ,然后解除左侧颈总动脉结扎 ,同时停止放血后观察。结果 :脑组织呈缺血性改变 ,随着缺血时间延长 ,缺血性损害加重 ,再灌后进一步恶化。结论 :该脑缺血模型稳定 ,重复性好 ,不同脑区缺血再灌流神经元损伤呈现不同形态学改变。

Abstract:Objectives:To build new animal models of reperfusion damage of cerebral ischemia, and to observe the changes of the shape and structure of cerebral tissues in order to provide basis for further experiment and study of cerebral ischemia after reperfusion damage reperfusion. Methods: The left carotid arteries of rats were ligated the tube was inserted from the right carotid arteres to the far and of the heart bleeding for 30, 60, 90 and 120 minutes; then blood was transfused from left femoral vein of the rats into the body, the ligation of left cartid artery and bleeding and the state of cerebral ischemia was observes. Results: Cerebral tissues appearred ischemia changes. As time prolonged, the ischemia damage was removed after reperfusion, the condition became wose . Conclusions: The models of cerebral ischemia is steady and can be repeatedly used. Damages of neuron of ischemia reperfusion in different areas appear different morphlogical changes.
