| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨重庆市初中学生生活质量状况及其影响因素。[方法]采用初中学生生活质量评定量表对重庆市1302名初中学生的生活质量进行评估。[结果]重庆市初中学生的总体生活质量处于中等水平;影响初中学生生活质量的主要因素包括：睡眠时间、锻炼时间、父母亲对子女的教育方式、父母亲的文化程度、年级、性别、目前是否患有慢性病及视力情况。[结论]在提高学生的生活质量过程中,应注意减轻学生的学习负担和心理压力、重视慢性病的预防与控制、提高父母的文化素养、父母应采取积极的教子方式。 |

| Abstract: | [Objective] To explore the quality of life and its influencing factors anong junior high school students in Chongqing. [ Methods] A total of 1 302 students were surveyed by using the Quality of Life Scale for Junior High School Students. [ Results] The general quality of life of junior high school students in Chongqing stayed at medium level. Sleep, physical exercise, parental rearing style, educational level of parents, grade, gender, chronic disease and poor vision were important influencing factors for quality of life of junior high school students. [Conclusions] To improve quality of life of junior high school students, alleviation of learning burden and mental pressure, the prevention and control of chronic disease, and the improvement of parental educational level should be strengthened. |
