| 摘 要： | 目的:观察川蛭口服液对兔全脑缺血-再灌注模型的脑保护作用.方法:应用SPECT脑显像技术,分析兔脑结构的受损情况.结果:药物组兔在再灌注10 min和30 min时,稀疏区和缺损区的病灶容积指数(DV)均低于对照组兔;除缺损区rCBF外,药物组兔在两个时刻稀疏区的rCBF均高于对照组兔;两组兔的立体图像分析结果显示,对照组兔大部分脑结构受损,药物组兔脑结构受损明显要轻.结论:川蛭口服液具有明显减轻模型兔缺血-再灌注损伤和保护脑功能的作用.
