学龄儿童血脂水平与髓过氧化物酶关系研究

摘    要:目的:通过学龄儿童不同血脂水平与中性粒细胞(PMN)内外髓过氧化物酶(MPO)关系的研究,探讨MPO在动脉粥样硬化及冠心病发展演变过程中的病理作用和意义。方法:将7-14岁学龄儿童根据身高体重指数和血脂水平确立对照组200例,临界高脂儿童119例,高脂血症儿童108例。分别测定血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C,血浆OX-LDL、MPO和中性粒细胞内MPO水平。结果:不同性别儿童血脂结果差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),血浆LDL-C及OX-LDL随血脂水平的升高而明显升高(P〈0.01),血浆与PMN内MPO活性随血脂水平的升高而明显降低(P〈0.01),混合高脂血症儿童血浆LDL-C及OX-LDL水平明显高于单纯高TC组和高TG组(P〈0.05%),而血浆与PMN内MPO活性明显低于单纯高TC组和高TG组(P〈0.05);高LDL-C组血浆与PMN内MPO活性显著低于其它各组(P〈0.01),表现为血液MPO活性随LDL-C及ox-LDL的升高而降低(P〈0.01)。结论:高脂血症是引起儿童时期致动脉硬化性心血管病病理改变的重要原因,不同的脂质代谢紊乱血液内致AS及CHO的因子水平不一,MPO具有抑制AS发生的作用。

Abstract:Objective:Based on the research of the relation between different level of blood fat and MPO inside and outside of the neutrophils,inquiring into the pathology effect of MPO during the invocement of atherosclerosis(AS) and coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:7-14 years old children of school age are established matched control 200 Examples,119 critical and high fat Examples,108 hyperlipemia Examples according to the body mass index(BMI) and level of blood fat.Measuring the serum TC,TG,HDL-C,blood plasma ox-LDL,MP O,and the level of MPO inside neutrophils respectively.Results:The result of the blood fat from different sex of children have no obvious difference(P>0.05).The blood plasma LDL-C and ox-LDLS go up obvilusly with the blood fat level(P<0.01) going up,The bolld plasma and activity of MPO inside the PMN lower obviously with the blood fat eevel(P<0.01)going up,The blood plasma LDL-C and level of ox-LDLS of the hybrid hyperlipemia children are obviously higher than the pure high TC sets and hihg TG sets(P<0.05),But the blood plasma and the MPO activity inside the PMNs are obviously lower then the pure high TC sets and high TG sets(P<0.05);High LDL-C set's blood plasma and the MPO activity inside the PMN are obvilusly lower than the other set's(P<0.01).Conclusion:Hyperglycemia is an important reason that leads to variation of atherosclerosis,different fat metaholic disorder leads to the different levels of AS and CHD in the blood and MPO has the effect to inhibit AS.
