| 摘 要： | 目的；观察温阳药改善大鼠肝纤维化的作用并对其机理作初步探讨。方法：制备大鼠肝纤维化模型，子温阳药进行治疗，并观察其治疗前后血流动力学，肝组织病理形态及羟脯氨酸含量等的变化。结果：治疗组肝脏肠系膜血流量及肠系膜微血管血流速度均明显高于对照组，肝组织纤维化程度及羟脯胺酸含量则明显低于对照组。

| Abstract: | :Objective:To observe the effect of warming Yang herbs on the experimental liver fibrosis in rat and probe into the principle. Methods:Confirmed the success of liver fibrosis model induced by carbon tetrachloride and alcohol, the Wister rat were randomized divided ino treatment group with warming Yang herbs and control group. At the end of experiment, the authors compared blood flow dynamics, level of fibrosis and hydroxyproline content of liver tissue between two groups. Results:Blood volume of liver and mesentery (P<0.01) and blood flow velocity of small vein of mesentery (P<0.05) were distincly different. The level of liver fibrosis and hydroxyproline contont (P<0.01) in treatment group remarkably reduced. Conclusion:warming Yang herbs can activate microcirculation of liver and intestinal tract and also improve liver function, then significantly relieve liver fibrosis. |
