血涂片法血小板计数方法学的建立及临床应用研究

目的通过多种方法计数血小板(PLT)结果比较研究,以探讨血涂片染色直接镜检法 (简称直接涂片法)和米勒氏窥盘法(简称米氏法)(合称血涂片法)PLT计数结果的可靠性。方法在检查并确定直接涂片法和米勒氏法计数PLT精密度后,分别采用血细胞分析仪、手工稀释法、直接涂片法、朱氏法同时计数60份血样PLT。结果直接涂片法和米氏法重复检测同一涂片PLT的CV值分别为2．13％和1．21％;检测同一血样20张涂片PLT的CV值分别为4．24％和2．35％。4种方法计数PLT结果接近(P>0．05)。结论严格控制操作条件下,血涂片法镜下PLT计数结果可用于临床诊断疾病。

The study of platelet count by blood smear method and clinical application

Objective To detect the platelet count by microscopy of stained blood smear method and Miller's method (the two method were called together as blood smear method) and to compare platelet count results. Methods Contemporaneously counting platelet of 60 specimen by blood cell analyzer, handmade dilute method, direct smear method and Miller's method respectively after detecting, and confirming the precision of platelet count by direct smear method and Miller's method. Results CV value of the same sample platelet examined by direct smear method and Miller's method were 2. 13%, 1.12% respectively. CV value of the 20 smears platelet of the same sample were 4. 24%, 2. 35% respectively. The platelet count results by the four methods were similar (P>0.05). Conclusion Strictly controlling operational condition, the platelet count results by microscopy blood smear were applied in clinical diagnosis of disease.
