电刺激大鼠下丘脑室旁核区及电针足三里对痛阈的影响

摘    要:作者在16只大鼠下丘脑室旁核区(PVN)埋藏刺激电极,用行为测痛法观测刺激PVN及电针双侧“足三里”痛阈变化。电针“足三里”,及刺激PVN均可引起痛阈升高,而刺激PVN同时电针“足三里”所致痛阈升高比单纯电针“足三里”或刺激PVN更为明显。实验结果提示,PVN活动与电针“足三里”在镇痛方面有协同作用。

Abstract:The stimulative electrodes were put into paraventricular hypothalamic nucleus (PVN) area in 16 rats. The changes of pain threshold were observed during PVN stimulation and Zusanli point electroacupuncture. Both of them could make the pain threshold increase. The changes were more evident when PVN stimulation and Zusanli point electroacupuncture were used together. The results suggest that PVN action has synergism with Zusanli electroacupuncture on analgesia.
