肩痹汤配合手法治疗肩周炎疗效观察

目的:本文旨在探讨肩痹汤配合推拿手法对肩周炎的肩关节活动功能康复的临床观察。方法:对60例肩周炎伴肩关节活动功能障碍的患者随机分为推拿手法组(对照组)和肩痹汤配合推拿手法组(治疗组)各30例。两组患者年龄、性别、病程长短、病情轻重等经统计学处理显示,(p>0.05)资料具有可比性。结果:治疗组总有效率93.33%。对照组总有效率73.33%。两组之间总有效率差异无显著意义(p>0.05),但两组治愈率(分别为43.33%和16.67%)之间差异有显著意义(p<0.01),在改善肩关节功能和减轻疼痛方面也同样有统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论肩痹汤配合推拿手法治疗肩周炎,其遵循中医学整体辩证施治的原则,标本兼治,是一种安全方便、疗效确切的治疗方法,在提高治愈率和减轻疼痛,改善肩关节功能方面明显优于单纯的推拿手法治疗。

Clinical Study of Scapulohumeral Perianthritis Treated by Jian-Bi-Tang Combined With Manipulation

Objective:Observe the effect of Jian-Bi Tang combined with manipulationtreatment on the locomotor activity rehabilitation on shoulder jointwith scapulohumeralperiarthritis. Methods:60 cases were randomly dividedinto two groups: the control group (30 cases) with manipulation treatment onlyand the treatment group (30 cases) treated by Jian-Bi Tang combined with manipulation. There was no significant difference between two groups on sexuality, age, length of disease process, physical condition (P>0.05). Result:The effective rate of thetreatment group was 93.33%. The effective rate of the control group was 73.33%. There was no significant difference between the effective rates in two groups (P>0.05). There was significant difference between the curative rates 43.33% in treatment group and 16.67% in control group) (P>0.05). There was significant difference in improving locomotoractivity and reduce pain as well (P<0.01). Conclusion:Scapulohumeralperiarthritistreatment by Jian-Bi-Tang combined with manipulationfollowing Pattern Differentiationtheory of traditional Chinese medicineis a safe and convenient therapeutic methodwith remarkable effect. It is much better than single manipulation treatment in increasing curative rate, releasing the pain and improving locomotor activity rehabilitation.
