| 摘 要： | 小儿肾病综合征患者大多数对强的松敏感，延长强的松使用时间可降低复发率，但副作用也逐渐增加。对激素耐药、依赖和频繁复发患儿可采用甲基强的松龙冲击以及环磷酰胺等细胞毒类药物。本文对其治疗情况做一综述。

| Abstract: | Most of children with nephropathic syndrome(NS)are sensitive to prednisone.To prolong the course of prednisone medication would decrease the relapse rate of NS,but the side effects would be also increased.Methyl-prednisone and CTX may be used in children with steroid-resistant,steroid-dependent or frequently-relapsed NS.This article reviews the therapies for NS. |
