| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨甘露颗粒的提取工艺及成品的含量测定。方法:以方中君药黄芩中黄芩苷含量为指标,采用方差分析方法,对提取工艺优选;采用方法学试验考察确立含量测定指标及定量方法。结果:本制剂醇提工艺拟定为加70%乙醇7倍量,回流提取3次,每次120min;确立成品中黄芩苷的含量作为含量测定指标,高效液相色谱法作为定量方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the extraction process and content determination of Gan-lu granuls.Methods:The variance analysis was choose to optimize the extraction process with the index baiealin;methodological study was adopted to established the index and method of determining content.Results:The alcohol extraction process of Gan-lu granuls is extracting circumfluencely with 7 times volume of 70% alcohol in 3 times and 120 minutes every time;the content of baiealin was determined by HPLC. |
