常德市3 803名高考生乙型肝炎病毒血清学标志物检测

目的了解常德市高考生乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）感染情况。方法对2003年3803名高考生采用酶联免疫法（ELISA）检测乙型肝炎病毒标志物（HBVM），赖氏法测定丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）。结果常德市高考生的HBVM阳性率为28．08％，市区、乡镇高考生EIBVM阳性检出率分别为27．2l％、34．29％，乡镇明显高于市区（P〈0．01），无性别差异。HBVM有19种组合模式，HBsAg阳性率为4．60％，其中市区为4．47％、乡镇为5．36％，市区与乡镇无明显区别（P〉0．01）；单纯HBsAb占总检人数16．83％。HBVM阳性学生与HBVM阴性学生ALT异常率分别为0．79％、0．07％，两者之间差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论乙肝防治工作中，注意HBsAg阳性感染者时不要忽视HBsAg阴性的HBV感染者，同时要注意对HBV感染者的肝功能保护。对HBV易感者应及时接种乙型肝炎疫苗。

Analysis of HBV Infection Serological Markers in Graduating Students of Senior School

Objective To understand the condition of hepatitis B infection among graduating students of senior school in Changde. Methods ALT levels were measured, and serological markers of hepatitis B virus infection were detected by ELASA among graduating students of senior school in Changde in 2003. Results The positive rate of the students HBVM was 28.08%, without significant sex difference (P>0.01). The urban students positive rate was 27.01% and the rural students was 34.29%(P<0.01). The positive rate of HBsAg, however, was 4.60%, without significant district difference (P>0.01). The students with only HBsAb-positive accounted for 16.83%. The abnormal rate of ALT was 0.79% among the cases with positive HBVM, abnormal rate of ALT was 0.07% among the cases with negative HBVM (P<0.01). Conclusion In an attempt to control HBV infection, not only the HBsAg HBeAg positive, but also the HBsAgHBeAg-negative students should not neglect also, and have their liver function test monitored regularly. Preventive vaccination should be strengthened.
