| 摘 要： | 实践创新是当今教育的基本要求,也是药学教育的重要部分。国内很多学校在大学生实践创新能力培养中选择了SRT计划。在总结成功经验的基础上,结合药学专业特点,联系本校实际情况,制定出适合药学专业大学生创新能力培养的SRT计划。

| Abstract: | The innovation in practice is the basic requirement of today＇s high education and also an important part of pharmacy education. Many schools at home select the SRT plan in the process of training students＇ innovation in practice. On the basis of summing up the successful experience, combining with the features of pharmacy and contacting the actual situations of our school, the authors made SRT plan which is fit for the cultivation of innovative talents of pharmacy students. |
