中药内服、外敷、灌肠配合血浆置换治疗重型肝炎随机对照临床研究

目的]观察中药内服、外敷、灌肠联合血浆置换治疗重型肝炎的临床疗效。方法]将72例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组36例。对照组使用血浆置换疗法,治疗组在此基础上使用中药内服+外敷+灌肠治疗。两组均以2周为1个疗程,1疗程后观测症状改善、凝血功能、肝功能、ETM、TNF-α、IL-1β指标。结果]两组均明显降低患者TBil水平,治疗组还可显著降低患者ETM水平。结论]中药内服、外敷、灌肠联合血浆置换是治疗重型肝炎的有效方法,其机制可保护肝细胞,减少并发症,改善患者的症状及预后。

Chinese Herbs,External Application,Enema Combined with Plasma Exchange in the Treatment of Severe Hepatitis A Randomized Controlled Clinical Study

Objective] To observe the Chinese herbs,external application,enema with plasma exchange in the treatment of severe hepatitis.Methods] 72 patients were randomly divided into treatment group,36 cases in each group.The use of plasma exchange therapy control group.The two groups were 2 weeks for 1 courses of treatment,after 1 courses of treatment,coagulation function,improve observation syndrome of liver function,ETM,TNF-α,IL-1 βindex.Results]2 symptom improvement rate.2 groups were significantly decreased TBil levels of patients,the treatment group also can significantly decrease the ETM level in patients with.Conclusion] Chinese herbs,external application,enema combined with plasma exchange in patients with severe hepatitis and effective method,the mechanism can protect liver cells,reduce the complications.
