ERK-1及相关蛋白在胃癌中的表达及相关性分析

目的探讨ERK-1、Ezrin和Survivin 3种蛋白在胃癌组织中表达情况并探讨其意义。方法采用组织芯片技术和微波EliVisionTM免疫组织化学法检测60例胃癌组织中ERK-1、Ezrin和Survivin蛋白的表达情况,并与42例正常胃黏膜组织进行比较。结果胃癌组织中ERK-1、Ezrin和Survivin蛋白表达均定位于细胞浆,阳性率分别为82%(49/60),75%(45/60)和83%(50/60),其表达均明显高于正常胃黏膜组织(P均<0.05)。ERK-1和Survivin蛋白的表达与淋巴结转移、分化程度及病理分期有关(P均<0.05),两者之间表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。Ezrin蛋白在胃癌中的表达与淋巴结转移和分化程度有关(P<0.05),Ezrin和ERK-1蛋白的表达呈正相关性(P<0.05),与Survivin蛋白的表达呈明显正相关(P<0.05)。结论 ERK-1、Ezrin和Survivin 3种蛋白在胃癌呈高表达,且与胃癌的发生、发展和转移有关。

Analysis on correlation and expression of ERK-1,Ezrin and Survivin in gastric carcinoma

Objective It is to approach the expression of ERK-1,Ezrin and Survivin in the gastric carcinoma and its significance.Methods The expression of ERK,Ezrin and Survivin in 60 cases of gastric carcinoma and 40 cases of normal endometrial tissue were detected by microwave EliVisionTM immunohistochemistry method.Results The expression of ERK-1,Ezrin and Survivin was located in the nucleus and plasma.The positive rate were 82%(49/60),75%(45/60) and 83%(50/60) respectively which were higher than that in the normal tissue(P<0.05).ERK-1 and Survivin were related with lymph node metastasis,differentiation degree and pathological staging(P<0.05).It was positive correlation between them(P<0.05).Ezrin was related with lymph node metastasis and diferentiation degree.It was positive correlation among them(P<0.05).Conclusion ERK-1,Ezrin and Survivin are highly expressive in gastric carcinoma and their expressions are related with gastric carcinoma development and metastasis.
