精神分裂症患者攻击行为的分析及护理

目的：探讨精神分裂症患者攻击行为及相关因素,提出护理对策。方法：对山西省太原精神病医院201例精神分裂症患者的攻击行为进行对照分析。结果：攻击行为的发生与患者的年龄、性别、文化水平、精神症状、诊断分型、攻击对象有关。结论：在临床护理工作中,对精神分裂症患者的攻击行为应采取有效的护理及防范措施,尽可能避免伤害的发生。

Analysis of Aggressive Behavior of Schizophrenia and Nursing Care

Objective： To discuss aggressive behavior of patients with schizophrenia and the relevant factors and to put forward the nursing countermeasure.Methods： Clinical data of 201 cases of schizophrenia patients were analysed,compared about aggressive behavior.Results： The aggressive behaviors occurred related to the patient＇s age,sex,education level,mental symptom,diagnosis typing and the object of attacking.Conclusion： In the clinical nursing practice,the effective nursing and preventive measures on aggressive behavior of patients with schizophrenia should be taken as well as possible and try to avoid the damage occurring.
