经阴道彩超检测子宫内膜血流鉴别宫内外早早孕的临床价值

目的探讨经阴道彩超（TVS-CD）检测子宫内膜血流鉴别宫内外早早孕的临床价值。方法对52例处于早早孕阶段的子宫内膜进行TVS-CD检测，检测结果与最终妊娠结果进行对照分析。结果阴道彩超能提高子宫内膜血流的显示率，宫内旱早孕组子宫内膜血流阻力指数（RI）〈0.48；宫外早早孕组子宫内膜血流RI〉0.48。结论TVS-CD检测子宫内膜血流，并结合宫内或宫外的声像特点，可为宫内外早早孕的鉴别提供有价值的信息。

Clinical Value of Transvaginal Ultrasound With Color Doppler for Differential Diagnosis of Very Early Intrauterine Pregnancy and Very Early Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective To explora the clinical value of TVS - CD in testing the blood flow of uterine endometrium for differential diagnosis of very early intrauterine pregnancy and very early eetopie pregnancy. Methods The blood flow of uterine endometrium in 52 cases with very early pregnancy were tested and compared with the last pregnant result. Results TVS - CD can improve the display rate of uterine endometrium, blood signal. In the group of very early intrauterine pregnancy, the RI of the blood flow for uterine spiral artery was often 〈 0.48 ; In the group of very early ectopie pregnancy, the RI of the blood flow for uterine helieine artery was often 〉 0.48. Conehtsions Compared intrauterine to appendix untrasounie imaging, TVS - CD has important clinical value for the differential diagnosis of very early intrauterine pregnancy and very early eetopie pregnancg by testing the blood flow of uterine endometrium.
