X线监视下经尿道置入支架治疗前列腺增生症的远期疗效观察

目的评价X线下置入国产网状尿道支架治疗前列腺增生症的远期疗效。方法 2004年10月-2009年11月,应用国产网状尿道支架在X线监视下,经尿道置入支架治疗前列腺增生引起排尿困难患者43例,术后随访6-60个月,以评价远期治疗效果。结果 41例一次性置入成功,2例失败,支架置入后均能恢复自主排尿,3例于术后24个月内出现尿线变细,通畅率92.7%。国际前列腺症状评分（I-PSS）术前（24.1±4.1）,术后（4.2±0.2）;术前最大尿流率MFR（6.1±3.0）ml/s,术后（12.3±0.4）ml/s。（P〈0.01）。无膀胱结石发生。9例失访。结论 X线下经尿道置入国产网状尿道支架治疗前列腺增生症远期疗效确切,并发症少。

Long-term curative effect of benign prostate hpertrophy treated with urethral wallstent under X-ray monitoring

Objective To evaluate the long-term curative effect of domestic urethral wallstent on benign prostate hypertrophy.Method 43 domestic urethral wallstents were introduced into patients with dysuria caused by benign prostate hypertrophy under X-ray monitoring.All patients were followed-up for a period of 6-60 months.The long-term therapeutic effect was observed.Results 41 cases were introduced successfully and began to urinate themselves instantly after operation.2 cases were failed.3 cases presented with thining of the urinary stream in 24 months and the percentage of patency was 92.7%.The I-pss score was 24.1±4.1 before operation and 4.2±0.2,PUFR was（6.1±3.0）ml/s and（12.3±0.4）ml/s.No calculus of bladder was observed and 9 cases were lost followed up.Conclusion It has definitive long-term effect with few complications to treat benign prostate hypertrophy under X-Ray monitoring with domestic urethral wallstents.
