摘    要:目的:探讨事件相关电位(ERP)在脑损害中的诊断价值。方法:用听觉oddball刺激序列ERP检测68例脑损害患者,其中脑梗塞34例,帕金森病18例,多发性硬化16例,并与51例年龄、性别和利手相匹配的正常人比较。结果:脑损害各组患者ERP的N2和P3波峰潜伏期(PL)较对照组显著延长(P<0.01),脑梗塞组和帕金森病组P3波幅较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:脑损害患者存在不同程度的认知功能障碍。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of event related potential (ERP) in brain damage. Methods: Auditory oddball stimulation ERP was studied separately in 68 patients with brain damage (34 patients with cerebral infarction, 18 patients with Parkinson disease and 16 patients with multiple sclerosis among those patients) and 51 normal subjects matched with age, sex and handedness. Results: As compared with the control group, the peak latencies of N2 and P3 component of ERP were significantly delayed (P<0. 01) in every brain damage group. And the amplitude of P3 was significantly decreased in cerebral infarction group (P<0. 01) and Parkinseon disease group (P<0. 05). Conclusion: Cognitive dysfunction to some extent exists in brain damage patients
