广东省佛山市居民健康素养影响因素研究

目的分析年龄、性别、文化和经济等因素对居民健康素养的影响,为制订社区居民健康教育方案提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群抽样的方法,调查佛山市15~69岁的城乡常住人口的社会人口学特征、健康基本知识、健康行为、健康技能掌握程度等情况。结果调查对象的基本健康知识、健康行为和健康技能的掌握率分别是64.3%、57.7%、60.4%。多重线性逐步回归分析表明,文化程度和全家月平均收入对于居民健康素养水平的影响最大,具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,健康素养水平随文化程度和家庭月平均收入升高而增高。结论影响人群健康素养的因素复杂,其中健康信息接受者的文化程度、家庭收入是明显影响人群健康素养的因素,但性别、年龄、婚姻状况、职业等对人群健康素养也存在不同程度的影响。

A cross survey on the present conditions of health literacy among residents in Foshan of Guangdong Province
