| 摘 要： | 患者男,36岁,因反复躯干、四肢鳞屑性红斑2年,加重半个月来我科就诊.皮肤科检查:头皮、面部、躯干及四肢可见弥漫分布直径1～10 cm大小的斑片,少许鳞屑附着,Auspitz征阳性.皮损组织病理:表皮角化不全,可见Munro微脓疡,颗粒层消失,棘层肥厚,真皮浅层毛细血管扩张,周嗣较多淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞浸润.HIV抗体初筛及确诊试验均阳性,CD4 178.5/mm3、CD4/CD8 0.2.诊断为艾滋病合并银屑病.该病预后较差.

| Abstract: | A case of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) accompanied by psoriasis is reported. A 36-year-old man presented with a 2-year history of recurrent scaly erythema on the trunk and limbs. Half a month prior to the presentation, the station aggravated. Dermatological examination revealed slightly scaly and erythmatous patches measuring 1 -10 cm in diameter which were scattered on the scalp, face, trunk and limps. Auspitz's sign was positive. The involved area amounted for more than 90% of full skin. Screening and confirmation test for HIV antibodies was positive. The CD4+ cell count and CD4/CD8 ratio were 178.5/mm3 and 0.2, respectively. A diagnosis of AIDS accompanied by psoriasis was made, which predicts a poor prognosis. |
