| 摘 要： | 目的:观察高脂饮食诱导肥胖大鼠的胰岛素敏感性变化及糖皮质激素干预后的变化。方法:用高脂饲料喂养成年大鼠80天,筛选出肥胖大鼠,比较空腹血糖、血清胰岛素水平及胰岛素抵抗程度的变化,再向肥胖大鼠(40只)和对照组大鼠(38只)腹腔分别注射生理盐水及不同剂量的琥珀酸氢化可的松,比较空腹血糖、血清胰岛素水平及胰岛素抵抗程度的变化。结果:肥胖大鼠空腹血糖、胰岛素水平及胰岛素抵抗程度明显高于对照组(P<0.01);与生理盐水组相比,糖皮质激素应用后均升高(P<0.01)。结论:肥胖可以引起高胰岛素血症及胰岛素抵抗,糖皮质激素可以诱导胰岛素抵抗。
