| 摘 要： | 用光镜和电镜方法研究人胎小肠上皮细胞的发生，发现了一种核下含嗜伊红颗粒的细胞和胞质内含嗜伊红团块的杯状细胞，用免疫组化方法研究了EC细胞和G细胞的发生以及EC细胞与嗜银细胞的关系，并对杯状细胞分泌物，M细胞及濑木帽进行了分析研究。

| Abstract: | Morphogenesis of the epithelial cells of human fetal small intestine was studied by HE, immuno- histochemical,PAS--AB,toluidine blue and argyrophilic cell stuining methods,TEM and SEM in sixty --five human fetuses aged 7--38 weeks. Cells with infranuclear eosinophilic granules and goblet cells with eosinophilic lumps in the cytoplasm never reported before were revealed by modified HE staining method, And EC cells, argyrophilic cells, G cells, M cells and goblet cells and their secretions were systematically studied and compared. |
