| 摘 要： | 目的观察比较丽珠肠乐、思密达联合治疗小儿腹泻的疗效。方法随机选择小儿腹泻92例,分成3组,A组33例,采用丽珠肠乐和思密达联合治疗;B组28例,仅采用丽珠肠乐治疗;C组31例,单采用思密达治疗。结果 92例经丽珠肠乐、思密达或丽珠肠乐或思密达治疗后,A组显效24例,有效8例,无效1例,总有效率97.0%,明显高于单用任何一种。结论腹泻疾病在基础治疗上加用丽珠肠乐、思密达联合治疗可以获得显著疗效。

Clinic Observation of efficacy of P.O.Bifidobigen combined with Dioctahedral Smectite on children'S diarrhea |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of combination of P.O.Bifidobigen and smecta in treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods 92 cases with infantile diarrhea were collected randomly and divided into three groups. Group A （ 33 cases） were treated both P. O. Bifidobigen combined with Smecta,while Group B（ 28 cases） received Bifidobigen only,Group C（ 31 cases） received Smecta only. Results 92 cases showed an obvious efficacy; in group A,32 cases did effective; 1 cases showed no effective. The total effective rate was 97. 0% ,the combination of the two drugs showed better than whichever. Conclusion For infantile diarrhea,P. O. Bifidobigen combined with smecta can result in efficacy in addition to controlling its causes. |
