摘    要:目的了解门诊不孕妇女阴道分泌物的病原学及合并感染情况。方法用湿片法进行阴道分泌物及细菌性阴道病(BV)检查;革兰氏染色法检查G-双球菌;用Unipath有限公司沙眼衣原体检测试剂合(免疫层析法)进行衣原体检测;用江门市凯林贸易有限公司支原体选择鉴定培养基进行支原体检测。结果1200例不孕妇女中,其阴道分泌物假丝酵母菌阳性65例,阳性率5.42%;阴道毛滴虫阳性2例,阳性率0.17%;细菌性阴道病(BV)187例,阳性率15.58%;G-双球菌16例,阳性率1.33%。衣原体、支原体阳性共322例,总感染率为26.83%。主要的混合感染:假丝酵母菌+BV:14例(1.17%);UU+BV:11例(0.92%);UU+CT:9例(0.75%)。假丝酵母菌+UU:9例(0.75%)。结论不孕妇女阴道分泌物的病原体构成复杂,UU、CT、BV、和外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病为主要病原体、病因。

Analysis of the Infection of Vaginal Discharge from 1200 Infertile Women
Abstract:Objective To understand the etiology and complicated infection of vaginal discharge from outpatient infertile women. Methods To check vaginal discharge and detect bacterial vaginosis (BV) by the method of salt-solution; to detect gram negative diplococcus by the method of gram stain; to detect chlamydia with Chlamydia Detection Kit from Unipath Limited Company by immunochromatographic method; to detect mycoplasma with Mycoplasma Selective Identification Medium from Jiangmen Kailin Trade Limited Company. Results Among 1 200 infertile women,the number of candida mycoderma bacteria positive women was 65,positive rate was 5.42%; the number of trichomonas vaginalis positive women was 2,positive rate was 0.17%; the number of bacterial vaginosis positive women was 187,positive rate was 15.58%; the number of gram negative diplococcus positive women was 16,positive rate was 0.89%; the number of mycoplasma or chlamydia positive women was 322,the total positive rate was 26.83%. The main complicated infection included 14 cases of candida mycoderma bacteria complicated with BV,11 cases of mycoplasma complicated with BV,9 cases of mycoplasma complicated with chlamydia; 9 cases of candida mycoderma bacteria complicated with mycoplasma. Conclusion The etiological composition of vaginal discharge from infertile women is complicated,mycoderma,chlamydia,BV and candida mycoderma bacteria are main pathogen.
