摘    要:目的观察强化桥式运动对脑梗死病人躯干平衡能力及肢体运动功能的影响。方法将40例病人随机分为强化桥式运动康复组(A组)和一般康复训练组(B组);A组予桥式运动每天3次,每次运动15下~20下;B组予一般康复训练每天1次,每次运动15下~20下,于训练2个半月后进行Fugl-Meyer、Bery平衡量表及Brunnston评分。结果A组经训练后,BBS、FM-B评分分别为(46.7±1.2)分、(10.3±1.8)分均明显高于B组的(20.5±1.0)分、(6.8±1.3)分。结论强化桥式运动训练可有效改善病人躯干平衡及肢体运动功能。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of intensive bridging activities on trunk balance capability and limb movement function in patients (pts) with cerebral infarction.Methods Forty pts were randomly assigned into two groups:The intensive bridging exercise group (A group) and the general exercise group (B group). The intensive bridging exercise was performed three times a day and 15-20 exercises each time in A group, and one time each day and 15-20 exercises each time in B group.After two and a half month,the Fugl-Meyer,Bery and Brunnstone were assessed for two groups pre- and post-treatment.Results The improvement of the FM-B, BBS and Brunnstone valuation was more obvious following the intensive bridging exercise in A group than that in B group (P<0.01).Conclusion The intensive bridging exercise could effectively improve trunk balance capability and limb movement function in pts with cerebral infarction. Intensive bridging exercise could be used as one of the basic rehabilitation exercise.
