探讨DRG—pps试点前医疗机构的准备工作

根据北京市DRGs推行过程中采取的政策，试点医院结合自身情况均已将DRGs医保付费工作推上正轨。试点前在院内开展的一系列准备工作，如加强组织保障工作，优化组织运行力；设计科学的结算流程；做好与DRGs—PPS相关的专业知识培训，建立合理的奖罚机制及开展各种形式的宣传教育工作等等，对试点工作的实施，起到了保障作用。对于DRGs付费制度在北京市试点医院推广，摸索出切实可行的工作方法。

Discussion of Preparation Work of Medical Institutions before DRG-pps Pilot

Pilot hospital has been carried out DRGs pay medical insurance according to the DRGs policies of Beijing. A series of preparations have been carried out before the pilot such as strengthening the organizational safeguard work, optimizing organization operation force, designing scientific settlement process, related professional knowledge training, establishing reasonable mechanism to award and punish and various forms of publicity education work. We should fish out feasible methods to promote DRGs pay system in pilot hospital of Beijing.
