2011年青岛港职工高血压患病情况及危险因素的分析

目的分析青岛海港职工中高血压患病情况及危险因素。方法收集2011年青岛海港在职及退休职工9215名个人健康信息资料及检测指标,统计高血压患病率,通过Logistic回归模型分析高血压危险因素。结果调查对象中高血压患病率为38.88%,男性和女性的患病率分别为39.54%和36.73%,随着年龄的增长,男性和女性高血压的患病率均呈增加趋势(P<0.01)。Logistic回归分析显示年龄、男性、超重及肥胖、糖代谢异常,高胆固醇血症、高三酰甘油血症及吸烟是高血压的危险因素。结论青岛海港职工中高血压患病率较高,为控制及减少高血压,应倡导戒烟、积极控制体质量并保持血糖和血脂在正常水平。

Prevalence of Hypertension and Risk Factors in Qingdao Port Employees in 2011

Objective To investigate the prevalence of hypertension and risk factors in Qingdao port employees.Methods Collecting the personal health information and detection index in 9215 serving and retired employees in Qingdao Port Group in 2011.Results The prevalence of hypertension was 38.88% in the studied population and increased with age（P0.01）.The prevalence of the male and female groups were 39.54% and 36.73%.The results of logistic regression showed that age,male,Overweight,obesity,abnormal glucose metabolism,hyper –cholesterolemia,hypertriglyceridemia and smoking were risk factors for hypertension.Conclusion The prevalence of hypertension is high in Qingdao port employees.In order to control and reduce hypertension,we promote quit smoking and weight control actively,blood glucose and lipids should be maintained at normal levels.
