帕金森病危险因素的研究进展

摘    要:帕金森病(PD)是一种中老年人常见的中枢神经系统退行性疾病,其发病的危险因素至今尚未明确。现采用文献资料法对PD的危险因素进行分析,结果显示,遗传因素、农业环境暴露尤其是杀虫剂、除草剂的使用是较肯定的危险因素;运动锻炼、吸烟、饮绿茶为PD的保护因素;重金属中毒、饮食习惯是可能的危险因素。但PD的预防策略尚不健全。

Abstract:Parkinson disease(PD)is a common neurodegenerative disease of the central nervous system in the middle or old aged people.The risk factor of PD remains unclear so far.Here is to make a review on the recent research results on PD to analyzethe possible risk factors.The results indicated that genetic factor and exposure to rural environmental factors such as pesticide or herbicide were definitely risk factors.Some studies suggested that exercise,smoking and drinking green tea could be protective factors.Other possible risk factors include heavy metal poisoning and eating habits.The PD prevention strategy is not well established yet.
