麻黄附子细辛汤加减配合灸法治疗过敏性鼻炎126例

目的:研究麻黄附子细辛汤加减配合灸法对过敏性鼻炎患者的疗效。方法:前后对照研究。选取我院针灸科门诊2009—2012年过敏性鼻炎患者,其中男性患者56例,女性患者70例;年龄20~60岁;病程4~35年。均使用麻黄附子细辛汤加减配合灸法治疗。主要观察指标:喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒、眼痒及体征。观察时限:3个月。统计学方法:治疗前与治疗后上述观察指标用均数±标准差描述,t检验进行统计推断。结果:过敏性鼻炎患者的临床主要症状、体征治疗前后积分差值P0.05。结论:麻黄汤加减配合灸法能改善过敏性鼻炎的症状及体征,对过敏性鼻炎的治疗有效。

Treatment of 126 Allergic Rhinitis Cases by Modified Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction combined with Moxibustion

Objective：We evaluated the efficacy of MaHuang Fuzi Xixin decoction combined with moxibustion for allergic rhinitis .Meth-ods：Out-patients from 2009 to 2012 were participated in the research , 56 males,70 females, aged between 20 to 60 years old, medical history varying from 4 to 35 years.The patients were given MaHuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction modified according to individual conditions , combined with moxibustion.Main parameters observed：sneezing, rhinorrhea, nasal congestion, nasal itching, eye itching and body signs.Follow-ups：3months.These parameters were described by average and standard error （x-＆#177;s） and compared by t test.Results：The symptoms and body signs relieved significantly after treatment （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Modified MaHuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction com-bined with moxibustion is effective treatment of allergic rhinitis .
