麻黄附子细辛汤加减配合灸法治疗过敏性鼻炎126例

摘    要:目的:研究麻黄附子细辛汤加减配合灸法对过敏性鼻炎患者的疗效。方法:前后对照研究。选取我院针灸科门诊2009—2012年过敏性鼻炎患者,其中男性患者56例,女性患者70例;年龄20~60岁;病程4~35年。均使用麻黄附子细辛汤加减配合灸法治疗。主要观察指标:喷嚏、流涕、鼻塞、鼻痒、眼痒及体征。观察时限:3个月。统计学方法:治疗前与治疗后上述观察指标用均数±标准差描述,t检验进行统计推断。结果:过敏性鼻炎患者的临床主要症状、体征治疗前后积分差值P0.05。结论:麻黄汤加减配合灸法能改善过敏性鼻炎的症状及体征,对过敏性鼻炎的治疗有效。

Abstract:Objective:We evaluated the efficacy of MaHuang Fuzi Xixin decoction combined with moxibustion for allergic rhinitis .Meth-ods:Out-patients from 2009 to 2012 were participated in the research , 56 males,70 females, aged between 20 to 60 years old, medical history varying from 4 to 35 years.The patients were given MaHuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction modified according to individual conditions , combined with moxibustion.Main parameters observed:sneezing, rhinorrhea, nasal congestion, nasal itching, eye itching and body signs.Follow-ups:3months.These parameters were described by average and standard error (x-±s) and compared by t test.Results:The symptoms and body signs relieved significantly after treatment (P〈0.05).Conclusion:Modified MaHuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction com-bined with moxibustion is effective treatment of allergic rhinitis .
