卵巢早衰中医用药规律的文献研究

本文通过筛选1984年1月至2012年12月符合纳入标准的中医药治疗卵巢早衰文献61篇,对治疗卵巢早衰药物的四气五味、药量、归经等进行了整理分析,以探讨卵巢早衰的治疗及用药规律。其中,药物出现次数最多的为当归,其次为熟地黄、菟丝子、淫羊藿、甘草等;使用总剂量最多的为熟地黄,其次为当归、菟丝子、淫羊藿、山药等;补虚药的出现次数占到57.14%,有效使用剂量占总剂量的56.02%,是治疗卵巢早衰药物中使用最多的;各类药物中归肝经最多,占总药味的23.24%,其次为肾经、心经、脾经;性温的药物在四气中所占比例最多,为26.88%,其次为寒性药物,为22.58%;甘味最多,占总药味的40.54%,其次为苦、辛、酸。药物的归经性味,与本病病机多虚、治疗上以补益阴阳为主相对应。

Literature Review on TCM Application Law in Treating Premature Ovarian Failure

Sixty one papers on TCM treating premature ovarian failure published from January 1984 to December 2012 that met the in-clusion criteria were selected .Analysis was made on the four smell and five flavors of the drugs , the dosage , and the meridian tropism so as to explore premature ovarian failure treatment and drug application laws .Among them, the drug most frequently appeared was Angeli-ca, followed by Rehmannia, dodder, epimedium, licorice, etc.;the maximum total application dosage went to rehmannia , followed by angelica, dodder, epimedium, yams, etc.;the tonic medicine occurrence accounted for 57.14%, and its 56.02%effective dose among the total dose was the most used drugs in the treatment of premature ovarian failure ;various types of drugs in the liver meridian was 23. 24%, followed by kidney , heart, spleen;drugs with the propert of warm accounted for 26.88%, followed by cold medicines , which was 22.58%;medicines with the flavor nature of sweet accounted for 40.54%of the total, followed by bitter, acrid, sour.Treatment for this disease shall tonifying yin and yang since the pathogenesis was always related to deficiency .
