| 摘 要： | 背景]观察参芪扶正注射液联合应用卡维地洛及卡托普利联合治疗缺血性心肌病心力衰竭的疗效.病例报告]将70例缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组及治疗组.对照组在常规抗心力衰竭治疗的基础上给予卡维地洛及卡托普利,卡托普利用药剂量从12.5 mg/d开始逐渐增加至50.0~75.0 mg/d,卡维地洛从5 mg/d开始逐渐增加至20 mg/d.治疗组在给予与对照组相同的治疗的同时,静脉滴注给予参芪扶正注射液250 mL/d,2周为1个疗程.结果见,治疗组在改善心功能方面优于对照组,两组患者总有效率分别为80%,62%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组;治疗组用药后左心室射血分数、每搏输出量及心输出量明显增加.讨论]参芪扶正注射液联合应用卡维地洛及卡托普利可改善缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者临床症状和左心室收缩功能,增强治疗作用,减少副作用.
