摘    要:目的:观察中草药益母草对硫酸镉引起的小鼠骨髓细胞遗传物质损伤的防护作用.方法:采用小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验.结果:镉可以诱发小鼠骨髓细胞产生微核;益母草本身不能诱发微核,但能使诱发的微核率明显降低.结论:益母草对硫酸镉引起的遗传物质损伤具有防护作用,即抗诱变作用.

Abstract:Objective:To observe the preventive effect of Herba leonuri on genetic damage induced by CdSO 4 in the bone marrow cells of mice. Methods:The micronucleus test (MNT) of mouse bone marrow cells was used in the study. Results:CdSO 4could induce micronucleus formation in the bone marrow cells of mice and Herba leonuri could decrease strikingly micronuclei frequencies induced by CdSO 4. Conclusion:Herba leonuri may protect the genetic materials from injury caused by CdSO 4,namely, showing effective antimutagenesis.
