青年女性痤疮中医分型与血清性激素水平相关性研究

摘    要:目的:探讨青年女性痤疮中医辨证分型与血清性激素水平的相关性。方法:将青年女性痤疮患者分为肺胃蕴热型、瘀热痰结型、冲任不调型,观察比较肺胃蕴热型、瘀热痰结型、冲任不调型及正常对照组间睾酮、雌二醇水平,分析各中医分型与性激素水平间的关系。结果:瘀热痰结型、冲任不调型睾酮水平较肺胃蕴热型及正常对照组明显升高(P<0.01),经2个月的治疗后,瘀热痰结型、冲任不调型痤疮患者睾酮水平均有明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:青年女性痤疮中医分型与血清性激素水平有一定的相关性。

Abstract:Obsjective: To investigate the relationship between the types of differential diagnosis of acne occurring in young women and serum sex hormones. Methods: The types of differential diagnosis of young women with acne were divided into accumulation of heat-evil in the lung and stomach, heat-evil accumulated inside body which stagnated with blood stasis and phlegm, dysfunction of chong and ren channels. At the same time, a group normal people were set up for control. Their serum testosterone and oestradiol were determined. Results: The level of testosterone in the accumulation of heat-evil in the lung and stomach group and dysfunction of chong and ren channels group was higher than the heat-evil accumulated inside body which stagnated with blood stasis and phlegm group and normal group (P<0.01). After having been treated with Chinese medicine, the level of testosterone in the accumulation of heat-evil in the lung and stomach group and dysfunction of chong and ren channels group had been lowered. Conclusion: The types of differential diagnosis of young women with acne might be correlated to its level of serum sex hormones.
