摘    要:以SD雌性大鼠 7周递增负荷跑台运动为运动性闭经模型 ,分别测定了 7周、5周、3周各阶段递增负荷后的体重、血红蛋白、垂质比、心质比、阴道脱落细胞的变化。结果表明 :(1)持续递增负荷运动可使大鼠动情周期抑制 ,并且饮食量、体重、血红蛋白、阴道脱落细胞的变化与运动员相同。因此 ,用大鼠建立运动性闭经 (ASA)的模型是可行的。 (2 )大鼠动情周期抑制时 ,饮食量下降 ,体重下降 ,血红蛋白减少 ,垂质比变小而心质比变大 ,阴道脱落细胞以底、中层细胞为主。提示这些变化与ASA密切相关。 (3)在持续递增负荷运动时 ,动情周期抑制是逐渐发生的 ,且停训后短时间内阴道脱落细胞不能完全右移。

Abstract:Through 7 weeks endurance training with incremental intensity on treadmill, a SD rat model of Athletic Secondary Amenorrhea (ASA) has been founded successfully. Body weight(Bw), hematoglobin(Hb), ratios of pituitary gland weight to body weight(Rpb) and heart weight to body weight(Rhb), the change of vag amotic cells(Vac) indicated that: (1)The estrous cycle of SD rats can be inhibited by increasing load endurance training. Furthermore, the change of these indexes was similar to that of athlete. Therefore, it is feasible to found SD rat model of ASA. (2)The phenomena of the depression of Bw, Hb, Rpb and the elevation of Rhb when the estrous cycle of SD rats had been inhibited indicated a close relation between these indexes and ASA.(3)The inhibition of the estrous cycle occurred gradually and the change of Vac could not restore after 1 week rest.
