针刺、TDP结合中频脉冲电治疗周围性面瘫疗效观察

目的：研究针刺、TDP结合中频脉冲电治疗周围性面瘫的疗效。方法：将128例周围性面瘫患者随机分为两组，治疗组64例采用针刺、TDP结合中频脉冲电疗法。对照组64例采用传统针刺、TDP疗法。结果：治疗组痊愈率为84．4％，对照组痊愈率为70．3％；治疗组痊愈平均时间为z5．7d，对照组痊愈平均时间为32．1d，治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：针刺、TDP结合中频脉冲电疗法治疗周围性面瘫优于传统针刺加TDP疗法，且能缩短疗程。

Effect of acupuncture,TDP combined with electric pulse therapy of intermediate frequency for peripheral facial paralysis

Objective：To study the curative effect for peripheral facial paralysis by acupuncture,TDP combined with electric pulse therapy of intermediate frequen- cy. Methods： 128 cases of peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group of 64 eases was treated by acupuncture,TDP combined with electric pulse therapy of intermediate frequency. 64 eases of the control group use the traditional acupuncture plus TDP therapy. Result：The cure rate was 84. 4% in treatment group was superior to that of 70. 3% in control group; the average time was 25.7d in the treatment group was significantly better than the 32. ld in control group （ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture,TDP combined with electric pulse therapy of intermediate frequency in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis was better than the traditional therapy by Acupuncture plus TDP,and shorten the course of treatment.
