他汀类药物在预防脑梗死中的应用

目的：探讨他汀类药物在预防脑梗死复发中的临床价值。方法：选取我院自2006年3月-2007年8月收治的120例脑梗死患者随机分为观察组（阿司匹林＋他汀类药物预防组）和对照组（阿司匹林预防组）各60例，随访观察2年，比较两组患者脑梗死的复发情况。结果：（1）观察纽60例患者复发7例，复发率为11.7％；对照组60例患者复发16例，复发率为26．7％。两组患者比较差异显著（P〈0．05），具有统计学意义。（2）观察组患者治疗前后各项指标均有所改善，且治疗后较对照组有显著差异（P〈0．01），具有统计学意义。（3）观察组与对照组治疗前颈动脉斑块、动脉内膜中层厚度差异不大，但治疗后均较对照组有明显差异（P〈0．01），具有统计学意义。结论：他汀类药物可以降低脑梗死的复发，且对血脂及动脉斑块形成具有良好的调控作用，值得临床推广应用。

Statins in the prevention of cerebral infarction

Objective： To evaluate statins in the prevention of recurrence of the clinical value of cerebral infarction. Methods： in our hospital from March 2006 - August 2007 treated 120 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups （aspirin ＋ statin drug prevention group） and control group （aspirin group） The 60 patients were followed up for 2 years, compared two groups of patients recurrence of cerebral infarction. Results： （1） study group 60 patients were 7 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 11.7%; control group, 60 patients were 16 cases of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 26.7%. Significant difference between the two groups of patients （P 〈0.05）, with statistical significance. （2） The patients of the indicators before and after treatment were improved, and after treatment than the control group were significantly different （P 〈0.01）, with statistical significance. （3） the observation group and control group before treatment of carotid artery plaque, intima media thickness is insignificant, but after treatment were significantly different than those in the control group （P 〈0.01）, with statistical significance. Conclusion： Statins may reduce the recurrence of cerebral infarction, and plaque formation on blood lipids and the regulation of good, worthy of clinical application.
