摘 要: | 目的;探讨社区卫生服务工作的量化管理办法。方法:选用量化管理法的“时量”要素,通过对22家社康中心2009年服务量的“时量”研究,以门诊量为量化指标,制定各项工作的量化系数,根据换算系数结合各项工作数量及年度质量评估结果,对各项工作量进行标化,计算出具有可比性的工作量的量化数据,并据此进行量化管理。结果:各项工作量转化为门诊量的系数是:门诊1:预防接种0.50;产后访视3.46;儿童保健0.83}老年保健1.04;健康档案管理0.31;专题讲座21.98;高血压专案管理2.21;糖尿病专案管理2.22;周期性体检0.79。结论:以门诊量为量化指标,对社区卫生服务的其它工作进行量化,可以对社区卫生服务工作进行有效的量化管理。

Abstract: | Objective:To study the quantification management method of Community Health Services. Methods: Elect the "time " elements to study 22 Community Health Center outpatients in 2009 as the quantitative index,institute a quantitative factor, calculate comparability workload data in order to compare different work, easy to effect management. Result:Different workload translation the coefficient of outpatients are outpatient 1 ,vaccination 0.50, post-- natal visits 3.46 ; child health care 0.83 ; aged Care 1.04 ; health records management 0.31 ; lectures 21.98 ; hypertension project management, 2.21 ;diabetes Project management 2.22;periodic medical examination 0.79. Conclusion:The outpatient amount as the quantitative in- dex of Community Health Services can quantify different work, easy to Community Health Services Center effect quantification management. |
