56例妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者心理护理干预的分析

目的：探讨分析妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者心理护理干预方法与效果。方法：随机选取2011年3月至2012年3月在我院住院并治I疗的妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者56例，并对所有患者进行心理护理干预，对患者护理前后进行SAS评分，记录他们护理前后的焦虑程度自评量。结果：经过一段时间的护理，患者的心理有了明显的改善，护理前后对比具有统计学差异（P〈O．05）。结论：给予患者心理护理干预能够很好地该晒恶性肿瘤化疗患者的焦虑程度，对她们的后期治疗有很大的帮助，值得在临床进一步推广应用。

The analysis of 56 cases of gynecological cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy psychological nursing intervention

Objective：To investigate the analysis of the intervention method and effect of chemotherapy in patients with gynecologic malignancies pasychological care. Methods：Randomly selected 56 cases in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2012 and treatment of gynecological cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, and patients with psychological nursing intervention,patient care before and after the SAS score, recorded in their care before and after the anxiety level self--assessment. Result： After a period of care,patients＇ psychological With significant improvements in care before and after significant difference （P〈0.05）： Conclusion：Given the psychological nursing intervention in patients with cancer chemotherapy patients level of anxiety to the sun,a great help for their post--treatment,worthy of further clinical popularization and application.
