| 摘 要： | 目的：本组临床观察肥胖IGT患者的C反应蛋白（CRP）水平在二甲双胍干预治疗后的变化情况。方法：成人肥胖（BMI〉25kg／m2）的IGT患者46例服用二甲双胍0．25—0．5g，tid，干预治疗24周，比较其服用前后CRP、FPG、2hPG、FINS、2hINS、WHR、BMI及HOMA—IR的变化。结果：二甲双胍治疗后，肥胖IGT患者的CRP、WHR、FINS较前明显降低（P〈0.05），BMI、TG、FPG、2hPG、2hINS、HOMA—IR较前明显降低（P〈0．01）。结论：提示二甲双胍治疗肥胖IGT患者后，其血糖、血脂、BMI及胰岛素抵抗均有改善，其血管炎性因子CRP也有下降。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the change of serum C-reactive protein（CRP） concentrations in cases of impaired glucose tolerance（IGT） treated with metformin.Methode： A total of 46 subjects being IGT of obesity pearticiparted in the study received 0.25-0.5 metformin,tid,daily,24 weeks.Results：The serum CRP concentration in IGT subjects treated with metforemin for 24 weeks was decreased from 5.4（4.46-6.58）mg/L to 4.86（4.51-5.34）mg/L（P 〈 0.05 ） ,while the improvement of hyperglycemina.Conclusions：The surem CRP concentration in decreased in IGT of obesity subjects treated with metformin following the improvement of hyperglycemia.And the serum CRP concentration is positively correlated with blood glucose,HbAlc,TG and HOMA-IR. |
