亚急性甲状腺炎46例临床分析

目的：探讨亚急性甲状腺炎的临床经过，提高诊治水平。方法：回顾分析2003年1月-2011年12月我院门诊及住院确诊的46例亚急性甲状腺炎患者临床资料。结果：多数患者表现典型，临床治疗效果好，部分留有甲状腺功能减退、甲状腺结节。结论：临床上甲状腺炎不少见，多表现为甲状腺肿大并疼痛。治疗效果明显，临床治愈后尚需随访并发症的情况。

Clinical analysis of 46 cases of subacute thyroiditis

Objective：To explore clinical course of subacute？ thyroiditis and improve diagnosis and treatment. Methods：Reviewed the clinical data of 46 hospitalized and out patients during the period from January 2003 to December 2011. Result：Most patients had typical symptoms. Clinical treat- ment was effective. Some patients remained with hypothyroidism or thyroid nodules. Conclusion：Subacute thyroiditis is clinically common, symptoms are thyromegaly and pain. Treatment has obvious effect,Follow--up check up is required after the clinical cure.
