| 摘 要： | 目的 评价中药润肤洗剂治疗慢性手足部湿疹的临床疗效并探讨其作用机理。方法 将 1 78例慢性手足部湿疹患者随机分入中药治疗组 ( 90例 )和皮康霜对照组 ( 88例 ) ,治疗 3 0d为 1个疗程并判定疗效。结果 中药洗剂对手足部慢性湿疹的疗效均优于相应部位对照组的疗效 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,润肤洗剂组总疗效优于皮康霜对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 中药润肤洗剂能有效地治疗慢性手足部湿疹。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To evaluate the therapeutic effect of skin-moistening lotion made from Chinese drugs in the treatment of chronic hand and foot eczema and explore into the mechanism of the lotion. METHOD 178 patients with chronic hand and foot eczema were randomly divided into a treatment group (90 cases) treated with the lotion and a control group (88 cases) treated with Pikangshuang, and all the patients were treated for 3 days as a course of treatment. RESULT The therapeutic effect obtained in the treatment group was more satisfactory than in the control group (P<0.05), and the total efficacy of the lotion was higher than Pikangshuang (P<0.01). CONCLUSION The skin-moistening lotion can effectively treat chronic hand and foot eczema. |
