胃癌组织中COX-2与VEGF的表达相关性及其临床意义

目的探讨胃癌组织环氧化酶-2（COX-2）与血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）的表达相关性及其临床意义。方法应用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶免疫组织化学（sP）染色法，分别检测64例胃癌组织、57例癌旁组织及12例胃正常组织中ODX-2与VEGF的表达情况。结果COX-2与VEGF在胃癌中的表达呈正相关（h=0．365，P〈0．05），COX-2在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织及胃正常组织（P〈0．05）。结论胃癌组织中COX-2与VEGF的表达均上调，共同参与胃癌的发生和发展，ODX-2与VEGF有协同表达关系。联合检测胃癌组织中COX-2和VEGF的表达对判断预后和指导治疗有一定意义。

Correlation between the expression of COX-2 and VEGF in gastric cancer and their clinical significance

Objective To investigate the expression of COX-2, VEGF and their clinical significance in gastric cancer.Methods Expression of COX-2 and VEGF in 64 gastric cancer group, 57 adjacent nontumorous gastric and 12 normal gastric groups were detected by Ultrasensitive Streptavidin-Peroxidase immunohistochemistry staining.Results There was a positive correlation between the expression of COX-2 and VEGF in 64 gastric carcinoma specimens (r-s=0.365,P<0.05). The positive expression rate of COX-2 and VEGF in gastric cancer group was significantly higher than in mucosa membrane adjacent tumor and in normal gastric mucosa membrane(P<0.05).Conclusion COX-2 and VEGF are over-expressed in gastric cancer tissues. The progression of gastric cancer is related to the up-regulation of expression of COX-2 and VEGF. The expression of COX-2 and VEGF has a close correlation. Combination of VEGF and COX-2 detection maybe helpful to evaluate the capability of the tumor invasion, metastasis in gastric cancer. They are indexes to know the biological behavior of gastric cancer and serve as fairly good markers for prognosis and therapy.
