腹部推拿法治疗老年人功能性便秘的临床观察

目的] 探讨采用腹部推拿手法治疗老年人功能性便秘的近期疗效。方法] 选择60例符合标准的患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各30例。治疗组采用腹部推拿辅以推揉腰背部，对照组口服通便灵胶囊。结果] 治疗组总有效率为93.33%，对照组总有效率为63.33%，两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）.结论] 腹部推拿手法治疗老年人功能性便秘具有良好的效果，且无毒副作用。

Clinical observation on abdominal massage in treating functional constipation in elderly patients

Objective] To investigate the curative effect of abdominal massage therapy for elderly patients with functional constipation. Methods] 30 patients met the diagnostic standard were randomly divided into abdominal massage therapy group and control group using randomized drawing, each group 30 cases. Treatment group was treated with abdominal massage and push back, while the control group with oral Tongbianling capsule. Results] The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%, while in control group was 63.33%. The total efficiency rate between two groups had significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion] Abdominal massage has a good effect in treating senile functional constipation, and no drug adverse effect and toxicity are found.
