摘    要:目的] 对比治疗2型糖尿病新药糖脂清经过大孔树脂处理与未经过大孔树脂(过柱前后)在降血糖、调节血脂药效学方面有无差异.方法] 应用糖尿病KK-Ay小鼠,大孔树脂处理前、后糖脂清8、4、2 g/kg灌胃给药5周,以拜唐苹为对照药,评价并比较过柱前、后糖脂清对小鼠血糖、血脂等的影响.结果] 糖脂清过柱复方与未过柱复方均有降低小鼠饮水量、尿量趋势;能显着降低小鼠非禁食及灌胃蔗糖后30、60、120 min血糖浓度,降低血清甘油三酯(TG)、胰岛素含量,改善胰岛素抵抗.结论] 糖脂清中山楂叶、丹参、赤芍经大孔树脂处理后没有降低整体药效.
