| 摘 要： | 随着现代社会发展,冠心病成为威胁人类健康的主要疾患之一。在临床实践中发现肾虚痰瘀互结在冠心病的发生、发展过程中具有重要地位,论述现代社会肾虚是冠心病的重要始动因素,肾虚导致痰浊瘀血内生,进而痰瘀互结,痹阻心脉是冠心病的重要病理环节,在冠心病的治疗上提出在固护元气,培补肾精的基础上痰瘀并治的治疗方法,论述了临床使用补肾培元、化痰祛瘀法治疗冠心病取得了较好的临床疗效,证明补肾化痰祛瘀法是治疗冠心病的有效方法。

| Abstract: | With the development of modern society, coronary heart disease (CHD) become one of the major diseases threatening human health. We found that kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis in the process of the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease has an important position in the clinical practice. The paper discusses kidney deficiency is an important initiating factor for coronary heart disease in the modern social, which causes phlegm turbid blood stasis endogenous. Phlegm and blood stasis blocking heart arteries is an important pathological link in coronary heart disease. We proposed the effective method for the treatment of coronary heart disease which is treatment of deplete of phlegm and stagnant blood in the base of vitality protection and kidney essence supplement, and we have achieved good clinical effect for coronary heart disease by vitality protection and kidney essence supplement, dissipating phlegm and removing blood stasis. Kidney and phlegm and dispelling stasis method is an effective method for treatment of coronary heart disease. |
